Very nice hotel but very disappointed with the qua...

Very nice hotel but very disappointed with the quality of service ..... disappointed with room service, fruit platter which contains an apple and a banana and 3 slices of unripe melon .... breakfast is not much ... in the tea room, all the pastries and pastries on the menu were unavailable, it's incredible! Room with sea view but I was given a room on one of the lower floors so the view was zero, the sea almost invisible ... the card to enter the room was demagnetizing all the time!
The Italian restaurant is very good however
