I would highly recommend to stay away from them. I went in for some pain around my knee and provided them my insurance details many days before the appointment. I asked them how much I would be charged and they told me it would all go to the insurance and I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket. Now they have sent me a bill. I called the insurance and they told me that when the provider calls them they provide details about the patients deductible, coverage etc and so MORE physical would have clearly known I have to pay out of pocket. Not sure if they were blatantly dishonest or made a mistake. But worst of all I called them and asked multiple times to provide me medical details of the injury I have, the procedures they performed and what recommendations they have for me in general to heal well and nada. They never provided me with anything as of today. So please be aware and take your PT needs elsewhere.
