This is the second vehicle I've bought from Tallahassee DCJ. This time, I shopped around for quite some time and drove to a few dealership in FL and GA. I found a truck I loved in GA(at Riverbend Ford) but the price was just a bit off. Then the sales manager made a rather unprofessional comment, so I walked. My wife suggested we go to Tallahassee DCJ just to look. Although what their website had, didn't meet what I wanted, I still gave it a look. I spoke with Sean Morris (A+++++) who helped me look at several trucks. When I told him I hadn't seen anything that met my needs, he spoke with his manager who informed us of a truck that was brought in that morning. We looked at it and I loved it, however it wasn't the right color. The price was unbeatable. I unfortunately went home to think about whether or not I could live with a white truck when I was in search of a black or dark gray. Sean was obviously upset to see me go as I had already told him I would purchase the truck (before I got cold feet). He emailed me the next morning on his day off and personally thanked me for coming in and asked if there was any way he could assist me to find something that suited my needs. I thought it over and decided the white looks great on the Ram 1500 and went back to speak with Sean. I let him know I was on my way and he had the paperwork ready and the truck in the detailing center getting the full detailing. Besides my own indecisiveness, I was very happy with the service I got from Tallahassee DCJ but mostly from the service I got from Sean. He was professional and punctual. I never felt pressured to move inside and I was never demeaned like I was in Georgia. If you're going to buy a car in Tally, check out Tallahassee DCJ and talk to Sean. Doesn't hurt that he's a brother Marine, too.
