The service was very poor. There is a massive amount of noisy construction outside. There was no power in our room when we arrived. If you are disabled and need to be accommodated in any way, you will not be. Even ways as simple as getting a place to lie down or getting a room when it is ready instead of waiting hours for an arbitrarily determined time. It is in stark contrast to the InterContinental in Paris (which was superb). It is a beautiful space, if shabby around the edges, but the service is not aligned with the prices. However, the food was excellent. Very high quality.
