Brian Winkler promptly returns calls and always answers any questions. He takes his time to go through everything with you. The process for my refinance went more smoothly than I anticipated. On top of all that, I shopped around, but he was able to get me the best rate. He did one of my family members' purchase loans prior to mine, and told me that his experience was similarly smooth and quick. I plan on calling him for my next purchase as well.
