This place is ok(ish). We were a party of 4 and they brought everyone else's meal out correctly but gave me steak when I ordered chicken. They took it away and gave me my correct meal which was barely warm. It wasn't hugely flavourful, unfortunately, but it was ok. I like my sprouts slightly firm but the ones here were too firm. The parsnips were nice, the potatoes were ok. For dessert I ordered fruit salad which I can only describe as fizzy. It sounds strange but the fruit fizzled in your mouth. I don't know if they washed it in carbonated water or if it was starting to go bad and the fermentation process was making it fizz but I didn't finish all of it just in case. A Google search has suggested it was starting to go bad but I can't say for sure. Three of our party ordered coffees and these were cold. As it was Christmas time we had a complimentary mince pie each which was nice
