Me: Here's my mac repeatedly crashing, then I couldn't reinstall the os.
CityMac: Ok, we reinstalled the OS, here you go. It passed all the hardware tests.
Me (a week later): My mac is doing the same thing
CM: Ok, we reinstalled the OS, here you go. It passed all the hardware tests. That will be $90.
Me: You didn't fix anything.
CM: Ok, we'll waive the fee, but next time we'll charge you.
I then take it to Charlotte Street Computers
Me: Here's my mac repeatedly crashing, then couldn't reinstall the os.
CSC: It passed all the hardware tests but we can replicate what you're seeing we'll try replacing the logic board.
Me: Great.
CSC (a week later): Ok, replaced the logic board fixed most of the issues, we then reinstalled the os and restored your data and that fixed it.
Me: Great, thanks!
