Termites were the deciding factor on whether or not I should buy a steel building. I had a wood framed building, and unfortunately, termites got into it. I have about 12 years until retirement, and I knew I had to get a building that would be around so I could actually enjoy it. Armstrong Steel contacted me at the perfect time, and now I have a great workshop.
