So far I've had nothing but issues and to add more pain. My old supplier won't release my surplus balance as they have not had confirmation that GNE have started my supply. They took over 2 months ago.
Takes ages to get through on the phone. Emails take up to 3 weeks to get a reply and I've not been able to submit a single meter reading. So frustrating and I wish I'd never swapped

Following a reply, the email I received was asking for a picture of my meter again. That's three times I sent it. It's probably the most photographed thing in my house now.
