US Waterproofing completed a perimeter drain tile system two years ago, but failed to correctly seal our basement fireplace. Two years later our basement took in water near our fireplace, we had to remove our flooring, and we were told this was a warranty issue. We had to wait a month for them to even come to look at the damage. Two months later, the company mis-scheduled our repair, and we are still waiting for the repair to take place. By the time they come it will be three months. We thought we had found a good company that would fix our basement problems, but now we are just getting more and more excuses from them.

UPDATE: US Waterproofing called us and made arrangements to come and fix the problem. They came within 2 days, did the work, and called back to check. So far, we seem to have solved the problem, after a big rainstorm. We appreciate their attention to this issue.
