I was petrified of what it would feel like to walk...

I was petrified of what it would feel like to walk into a large, massively organized environment like Bob Rohrman's Schaumburg Ford location. My eyes glanced uneasily between each variation of new Mustang that rested just out of reach of us on the showroom floor. I thought that once it was apparent that we did not have a large cash supply that we would be treated like second-class citizens. However, I could not have been more wrong. These folks were a class A act.

D.J. the sales manager and Jazz, a sales associate, both tirelessly assisted my wife and myself when we came in this past friday with a need for two vehicles. As I stated above, we aren't your typical buyers, i.e., weren't in the market for two new cars, rather, we were pursuing two pre-owned vehicles that would be affordable.

Jazz was up front and made us feel comfortable, presenting a very relaxed sales approach where he continued to not only aid us in every detail, but he as well made sure we were treated as if we had come in to purchase a handful of high priced vehicles. He laughed along with us and showed sincere concern for our situation (my wife had to downgrade from her 2009 Ford Fusion so we could both have a vehicle).

D.J, the sales manager, was as well extremely supportive and offered us more than a firm handshake. He was sincere and kind, and really made us feel as if he were right along with us in our search for something that could keep our family in safe vehicles that we as well would enjoy.

Both my wife and myself get the concept of sales approaches, and how they are passed off at some places (usually without true intent), but the honesty and kindness - as well as absolute compassion for our financial situation between both D.J. and Jazz, was far above the bar of excellence.

My wife and I cannot thank both D.J. and Jazz enough for the help and service they provided.
