I went to colonial Hyundai as they were listed as a Costco preferred dealer. I filled out the necessary information and was contacted by colonial. I explained to them the exact vehicle I was searching for, including model and trim, and mentioned that I saw several on their website that I would like to come in, see, drive, and potentially purchase that day. I was told an appointment was set up for me and the exact vehicles i wanted to see would be ready. When I arrived from about an hour away it turned out the vehicles were never there. They were vehicles that were on order but were not on the lot. The bottom line is colonial Hyundai will say anything just to get bodies to show up at their dealership. No apology from a manager, nothing offered for wasting my time. I am looking forward to being contacted by Costco (as they always follow up) and sharing my disgust with colonial Hyundai. [Updating my review to state it has been a months since the reply below and the only "contact" I received was a mass marketing sales email. Doesn't take months to figure out i was lied to]
