Was fun booked through booking.com seems the hotel and 3rd party booking service do not communicate well as I asked for early and late check-out recieved email that the hotel approved both. When it came to regular checkout time I was contacted by the front desk I needed to check-out I proceeded to show them the confirmation email of the approved requested checkout time and they claimed they had not approved it.

The girl at the front desk was rude however the manager I spoke with was extremely nice personable and understanding she went ahead and allowed the late check-out.

Also I spoke with her prior to checking in and she upgraded our room at no extra charge without even requesting it so would say the manager of this hotel is great and would stay again based on her great service alone.

Rooms were nice clean and kids had a good time
