We visited last year and was shown this really nice room with a private Jacuzzi on the porch and close to the pools , we got excited (we go to playa del Carmen every year) and decided to go ahead and purchase the timeshare. Booked a trip for April 1st, got there and were given a room that looked nothing like the room they showed us and it was far from the pools - you have to take a cart to get to the pools but still walk some more to get there, the beds are uncomfortable,you are better off sleeping on the couch which I did the last 2 nights, wifi was bad, I complained but all they did was give me another room in the same building that had supposedly better wifi (it didn't) I was not gong to let that ruin my trip so I just dealt with it. I give it 2 stars because the waiters and bartenders were really nice and the food was good and affordable- their Deli food is great. Also at check out they asked for my passport which had a temp visa that they make you fill out on the way there- the check out girl lost it and I did not notice till I was on my way to the airport and I had to pay $30 to get another one. so overall I do not recommend this place. Save your money.
