1 star is too generous. Dealing with Student Loans Company whilst living oversees is more painful than you can ever imagine. They say they'll respond to your emails in '15 working days' which doesn't happen. Dealing with them over the phone is also extremely painful. Their website is awful and crashes when you try to upload documents yet they refuse to accept any documentation over email. Nothing makes sense.
