The business insight seminar I recently attended was interesting and helped us re-evaluate our business goals. We have used SOE pretty much since it's inception and found the system works well for us. We went through the Thrive process a couple of years ago and found that this was very useful for us and gave us a really good insight into many things we did not realize about the software. The support has got much better over the years too.
