I received a 30 day trial when I adopted my dog and in order to receive the trial I had to sign up. I figuerd i would cancel the polocy after the 30 day trial and let me tell you I am soooo happy i didn't. After 3 months my dog had a tumor under his lip! I was sooo happy i kept this plan, I dont know how I would have been able to afford his surgery. All the claims were processed in a week and i received the checks in the same month. I would recomended getting insurance with this company specially if you have an older dog.
