Great utility provider. Excellent to do business with and very fair. They are solar friendly and willing to work with you on your bills.

Don't understand why this company took over our Sub in the Springfield area. There's always power outages during the winter time and they are ungodly expensive in comparison to SUB

We have had EPUD for approximately 4.5 years now and I must say that we do not have any complaints. Every time I have needed answers or assistance, they take care of it politely, quickly, and efficiently. The storm of 2019 wreaked havoc on our valley and I was very impressed with how they handled that disaster - despite being without power for five days. I tree had crashed right on top of our power lines up our driveway. Spoke with Sarah today about changing my payment method and I received excellent customer service!

The tiered system is not affordable for families or properties with shops or a well. It automatically puts you in the highest paying tier.

Quick to fix outages. Tiered-billing is a crock. Bill excedes $300 in the winter now just using our heat pump-afraid to use the furnace.

They responded to a phone call fast and sent someone out to fix power lines in some trees very fast services

They have no idea what there doing I look up their record they have more power outages then any one in the state they need there lic removed from selling lower.iam going to contact the power admin borad and have them under review.they need to know what there doing before they kill some one.and if you don't know what your doing get the hell away from it.

Expensive for people who don't have any other options and inconvient location.

This is the worst power company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, the power goes out and they will not answer the phone. It is 65 and sunny in Lorane with no wind and the power goes out and I work from home..What the ace deuce is going on with them, went without power for 8 days last winter, now here we go again with no explanation or can not contact them.. No reason for this except lack of maintenance on there part and we pay so much for nothing..very disappointed.. worst company ever...

The power goes out a full day sometimes for the most dumb reasons. Terrible power source.

I'm surprised that some are complaining! They must not have lived in many places....I have, I've moved a lot, lived in both big city and way out in the country...and as far as I'm concerned this is the best elec. company to deal with ever! Easy to get someone on the phone, people are so nice, love the solar option!! And they were awesome working with me when I fell on hard times for a little bit. Terrific people!!

DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR TREES!! They will waltz in and chop EVERYTHING and leave a mess behind. They are rude, demanding, and sneaky. They have destroyed both of my neighbors yards, and we re walking through my gate as I was pulling up to my home after work. DONT LET THEM FORCE YOUR HAND. I had to call my landlord just to get them to stop. They say one thing, and then abolish everything else. Just don t. And warn your neighbors as well.
