I had a very unpleasant experience from the Kifissia branch. I booked the ferry tickets for my trip in August - 1 month in advance to secure the seats I wanted and the corresponding availability. Unfortunately there was a problem with the booking system and I was put on hold until it was resolved by telling me that my reservation was valid. I did 3 follow - 11, 12, 13 / 7- next week - because I made the reservation on Saturday 9/7, and they told me they would renew the reservation as long as the problem continued. It was only on 13/7 that I was contacted that they would investigate what was happening with the reservation and let me know. THERE WAS NO INFORMATION, I contacted them again on Saturday 16/7 - my servant was missing - and today when I was able to talk to her she said my detention was not valid because their problem persisted ...
I was in a very difficult position because I couldn't find a place when I searched for sites specifically for the car on my desired travel dates and eventually through the Hellenic Seaways headquarters I was able to find places.
It is unacceptable to deal with customers from that branch, even the employee claiming to have told me that tickets are not valid and to look elsewhere. It is not worth your company to have employees who lie and embarrass your customers. There was never any follow up on your part to let me know elsewhere because of the issue with the booking system .. In addition I asked to speak with the Branch Manager and he never phoned me .. I sincerely regret treating your customers. You have a very low customer experience.
