I was driving in Winter Haven today at around 4:30 and was harassed by a worker driving a BCIS truck. He cut me off in traffic, so I honked. He then followed me down the road, honking at me and cutting into my lane several times. This worker clearly should not be responsible for a truck. Had I been able to get his tag number I would have called the police. I was too busy trying to escape his road rage and harassment unharmed to be able to get the tag number.
