This place was a huge disappointment for my husband and me. We live in Colorado Springs and scheduled an impromptu getaway for our 30th anniversary this weekend without ever seeing the property and without reading the reviews--big mistake on our part. The word Resort is a big joke, and so is the additional resort fee they charge. The rooms have an outdoor entrance which resembles outdated apartment buildings. We ended up with two different rooms, and eventually just decided to check out early.

Our first room:
Located on first floor, could hear outside noise, noise from upstairs and from room next to us, trash in room not emptied from previous guests, two of lamps did not work

At 10:30 pm we asked to be moved to a different room.

We were moved to a 3rd floor, but had to spend several minutes circling the parking lot searching for somewhere to park not enough parking at this place!

Our 2nd room: much larger, but walls and floors were just way too thin, still noisy, shower curtain liner was dirty, my husband was kept awake by the noisy heater going off and on during the night, as well as the lumpy bed. (My husband usually sleeps through any and everything!)

Fortunately, we live in town and were able to cut our stay short and just go home. Not a pleasant experience and will never stay here again nor recommend it to anyone.
