I went w/my daughter for tire rotation on her RAV4...

I went w/my daughter for tire rotation on her RAV4 & the service rep, Matthew Key, was the very best. She thought she might need tires so he took the time to asked her several questions to determine exactly what she wanted & needed but turned she still didnt need tires for quite a few miles yet. Plus, Matthew didnt try to talk her into something she didnt need yet. Both she & I (I lease a toyota) will definitely ask for Matthew's help in the future.
