7 hrs for a 10,000 mi check up + alignment check. Rep said 2 -2.5 hrs max. When I asked at the end of everything why so long the rep preceded to blame his tech for being new and having poor time management. Also they tried to give the truck back to me at 5 hours saying all was fixed and when I got on the road I still had a huge pull to the right. So I had to go back and not even so much as an apology.. Wasted my whole day off. Tragically disappointed.
