The website to schedule the appointment is not working properly. I had to call the Service Department to schedule my appointment. (Waiting on Hold) In this "Covid-19" time people are relying more on the internet then before. Please be sure your website is functioning properly! The Service personal are VERY in-personable and unpleasant. I did not feel that they had the customers interest in mind at any point. When I pulled into the area I was asked why I was there and if I had a mask, before I could even exit my vehicle. I'm sure you've heard of service with a 'Smile" and I believe this can also be done with everyone wearing masks. Look into it! Once I checked into the front desk I asked how much a Front Deflector that had gotten damaged would cost. I was not given a price until after my vehicle was completed and had the wrong side quoted. I was also notified of a recall on my vehicle that I was unaware of. They didn't even try to schedule the repair as they should have. I was told it could not be done onsite. NO attempt was made to remedy this issue. This Service Department leaves MUCH to be desired and the only reason I use it is because I live near by. I WILL be looking for another Service Department to Service my vehicle and WILL NOT be returning to this location!
