I Felipe Escuadra, I am very unsatisfied with the customer service here. I recently bought a 40,000 dollar Tahoe from this dealership. At first everything was fine, until I found several sun cracks on the dash. I went into the dealership to report this and they proceded to tell me it was in no way covered, I have only just signed the paperwork and started paying a 40,000 SUV, and now there was nothing they could do. They only gave me options to cover up the problem out of my own pocket, I told both the salesman and the manager I wanted something nice and well kept. I believe they should take care of their customers throughout their lease, but the only care about getting you to sign the paperwork. After that they do nothing, I am very unsatisfied with the way I was treated.
