I called for an emergency around 8 p.m. for my rabbit. I described the "he had stopped eating" situation since the morning and no longer made poop prostrate in a corner. I was offered to drop by at 11 p.m. in the emergency room! When I got there, I filled out a piece of paper, then the little cage he was in was suddenly taken from the hands. We are told that he has a swollen stomach from where radio needed 60 euros with already at my first call 95 euros to announce for the visit. I did not have the opportunity to go and give him a little kiss before leaving. I was told I should leave my phone on at night. Yet the vet saw me cry. I'm sure given the sensitivity and kindness of my bunny near him he would have hung on. The urgency for me was not one. They were overwhelmed. I would have been told directly on the phone I would have called my vet office. He died of a heart attack. Fortunately, I crossed out the autopsy and that it will be respected. No sensitivity to the masters to suggest that they see the rabbit again or help him fight! When we know their sensitivity and this One his kindness! The only thing proposed to go see him the next day dead? You have to be insensitive to say that! My grief is immense and I feel guilty because I underestimated the lack of professionalism and the fact that there were few staff. The secretary to write the invoices was still there! Money always money and in addition no presence which could justify such sums!
I noticed that the management only responds to positive messages, maybe there is no response as we raise the truths!
