Nice staff and good service at local dealership. They spend lot of money in marketing and try to centralize calls but since person answering calls or making service appointment does not sit at same dealership you are getting your vehicle serviced at, they seem disconnected and not very personalized. I made an appointment for oil change and since in the past I had experience where my total was different than what it was previous time, I specifically asked to make sure this time it was going to be same as previous charge and person promised that it would be same. Well, when I got there, I asked to make sure and sure enough it was different and lot higher. They said all rates have gone up, so then why wasn't I informed about that when I specifically asked that question? They ended up offering small discount and I ended up going with it but I am not going there next time. I can get same service performed for lot less so why do I want to go there!! Besides, they screwed up couple times before where they never rotated tires even after asking for it, they broke cable that opened hood so I was stuck opening it with flat screw driver when I had to open that at later date and of course I did not find out about it until then so I complained next time and they fixed it for me. Overall, good staff and service but rates are out of line and their customer service person does not know what they are talking about, huge disconnect there so I hope someone from management is reading this review and paying attention to it.
