My lunch special today was a half pastrami sandwich with a side of potato salad. The sandwich was NOT made from slices of pastrami but from left over pastrami crumbs. If you think pastrami crumbs taste the same as moist, flavorful pastrami slices, you are mistaken. They are hard and dry. What an insult to be served such a sub-standard sandwich and to be charged a premium. The potato salad was inedible. Top it off with a disinterested service person and you have a terrible dining experience and all the reasons to never go back. This used to be a dependable deli but they've lost their edge. Too bad.
