Poor communication between job applicants and hiring manager. When I first entered their building I though I was walking into cemetery. The staff looked depressed and felt like they hated their jobs. It was sad to hear that the organization had a high turn out rate and consistency hiring temp employees to fill up the gaps for their projects. I would never recommended Array Marketing to anyone unless you want to be bossed around and be told what to do.

The projects are good, and some are really fun and creative. The work culture has suffered lately due to changing management styles that leave everyone feeling undervalued and overworked.

The timelines are so tight lately that its very difficult to get everything done in a reasonable amount of time. As a result, lots of extra hours are required, and no monetary compensation is offered.
