Auto Indumij Review

I came in in good spirits looking for a private lease car, greeted Mr. Michiel kindly and told what I was looking for. He responded that he would check with us, and then first ask his office if I have a permanent contract, and in which sector this is exactly ?! Never experienced anything like this, insulted to the bone after having received all the tidy offers in Dordrecht, the last Renault Indumij. Unforgettable experience and let Mr. Michiel know that he is no longer interested, although it was a task not to let myself know at that time. Don't step inside again.

Very bad service by mister de Rooy! Called yesterday afternoon for a test drive in a Nissan Qashqai. On the phone, mr. de Rooy said I could just drop by. Today I stopped by, but was kept from a test drive with all kinds of nonsense because I am a lease driver.
In addition, mr. de Rooy very rude by answering the phone twice and staying in conversation for more than 10 min.

Saturday afternoon September 16 drove to Dordrecht to be informed at Indumij about the Dacia Duster and the Renault Kadjar. Unfortunately, the sellers were too busy with themselves or the computer. I was not even greeted and the Dacia department was unmanned after a detailed look at the Renault Kadjar I left and no one had an eye for me as a customer. After visiting several other dealers in the area, I still went back. But it's incredible everyone was still busy with themselves and the lady was still admiring her computer. I made another attempt to find a folder, but I couldn't, I went away with goosebumps from so much disinterest. I then drove to Indumij Barendrecht and it was very busy there, already been half past five and people were waiting to speak to a salesman. Here, despite the crowds, a warm welcome and apologies that it could take a little longer, when I asked for a brochure of the Renault Kadjar that was no problem. Fortunately there are still enthusiastic sellers but unfortunately not in Dordrecht !!!!

Today visited by to have the battery of my key replaced.
Without success.
There is nobody present at the weekend who can replace the battery of a car key because they are in the workshop and nobody can access it.
Apparently a 2-minute job is something that can only be done during the week.

During a service I was advised to have the air conditioning cleaned. Good advice because there is no air conditioning at all, the brakes squeaked, something had to be done and the wipers replaced. Only order given out of turn you understand. Fortunately they had also done the wiper fluid (impossible since I topped it up to the maximum yesterday). I bought my car here, but it was the last time I visited Indumij Dordrecht. it is outrageous that such a large company has such practices.

Nice garage and dealer. Friendly, professional and always message what your repair will cost.

Impersonal garage, talking suits and little interest in the customer. Prices and discounts are limited. Poor trade-in value for old car. Two stars because the garage is large and neat, professionally decorated.

Get friendly help. Like to go a step further for the customer.

If you are looking for a new or used car this is the place to be

Fantastic company this. From the telephone operators to the workshop manager, you can be contacted, take all the time to answer questions, do not put any crazy things on the bill and make agreements. Even with my slightly older occassion (6 years now), everything is done to satisfy the customer. I have seen many dealers, I am often not satisfied, but Indumij is a very positive exception to this.

Extremely good service. Is your warranty over? They still don't let you down (roadside assistance).

Tribute to Renault I have been driving it for 10+ years!

Very poor service! The mode fan of my Modus was broken, and because I am working in Dordrecht, I stopped by, what do you think: no sir we have no time for you and cannot solve it and in addition we have no loan car for you, did not even take the trouble to see what the problem was. Just sent me back on the road and despite the cold, it is still dangerous to hit the road with foggy windows and a good chance of causing accidents. Worthless garage.

Today for the 1st time to this dealer for a broken light of my Clio. I was spoken to very nicely and could go right away. Nice showroom and not unimportantly very tasty coffee lekk.

As always, the service is very good. Contact with the customer is always maintained

After more than five years of loyal customer of Renault Indumij said goodbye to the company on the Mijlweg.Not because of dissatisfaction with the sales department and the people of the workshop but my choice this time fell on a different brand.

Thanks Avanash (hope I spelled your name) with whom I traded in my renault Twingo for a Clio GT. Thanks Nico, Michel and all the boys from the workshop who ensured that I could always keep driving safely. The personal approach (always called by my name) and not the day Mrs. / Mr and the expert and honest answers to my questions and wishes made you feel welcome as a customer and know that you are expertly helped.

And yes sometimes you were all busy, I had to wait, but never annoying and unfriendly.

It is a shame that Dacia is on the first floor between occasions and I have heart palpitations from having to walk two flights of stairs.

We are pleasantly surprised by this Indumij location. We bought our 1st Dacia in Barendrecht but the 2nd in Rijnsburg because they unfortunately offered too little trade-in value. Now we just went to have a look but were pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff, and got a nice trade-in price. Very pleasantly helped further everything went according to plan. In our opinion a must. That you have to climb the stairs to go to the Dacia showroom is no problem for us.

After being left disappointed at another renault garage (where I was a customer)! I ended up at indumij. I had seen a young occasion on the website (1 year 4 months).
First of a lady had a cup of coffee and my son had a cup of Ranja (could choose the taste herself too).
Looked at the car with Remco (sales manager) very pleasant conversation very open attitude and insight into the maintenance history. Talked about the numbers and then made a test drive.
1.5 weeks later I went to pick up my occasion and again was kindly received by a guest woman and Remco prepared the papers and put the car ready for me.
Again good help!

A few weeks ago we picked up our Renault Capture here. Completely happy with it and the car meets all wishes. Good service, order processing and a nice trade-in. We are very satisfied and of course compliments for Michel. Customer-friendly and reliable. Absolutely great.

After months of searching, in April 2019 I found my next Toyota Yaris at .... Renault Indumij in Dordrecht. We were kindly assisted by Wesley, who arranged a test drive for us. There was something wrong with the Yaris, but Wesley assured us he would make sure everything was arranged if I picked up the car. And so it happened.
Yet I was also happy that the car had a six-year BOVAG Guarantee. The car turned out not to be well maintained and has been back 2 times in connection with, among other things, renewing the gearbox oil, aligning and repairing the air conditioning. Since I live in Noord-Brabant, I thought it was great that I could have my car made at Indumij Oosterhout. The engineers are very knowledgeable and have solved the problems perfectly. The second time I even got my car back washed. Nothing but praise for Indumij and keep it up!

A few weeks ago I arranged a private lease car via Indumij Dordrecht. I was helped in a pleasant way, after an extensive test drive Mr. De Mie took all the time to work with me to find a suitable model. I was able to exchange my old car for a good amount and in the meantime I am driving
with great pleasure in a new Clio!

Initially nicely helped. After a test drive on Saturday we would be called back on Monday by Otto about a quote he had shown for the car.
He never called again. Through the website we see that the car has been sold. Not neat Indumij!

Particularly nice helped with consultation while it was clear that it would not lead to a direct sale. At the next purchase they are at the top of my list.
