My son was lifeflighted here from a rural hospital...

My son was lifeflighted here from a rural hospital after a very scary seizure. He was unresponsive and the lifeflight team was amazing! They placed an iv when no in the ER could, were so informative on what they were doing and did everything they could to make sure there was room for me on the helicopter. When we arrived we were taken to the ER, where the staff was so kind. They took us back for chest X-rays and were so nice to my scared 20 month old who was lethargic and didn t know where he was was. We ended up inpatient for a high fever and unknown cause. They were on top of his meds, the nurses were good about always checking on him, and his neurologist and students explained everything in such an understandable way! They made us feel so much better after a very scary incident. They had us come back for an EEG and got it scheduled very quickly, and the staff there were so kind and understanding as well.
