When the technician came to the site, he said he could do nothing for us. This for the safety of our baby and pets. The technician said he was going to terminate the contract.
Months later, we receive an email saying that we have terminated the contract early, so that we have to pay a lump sum of 150 euros. We would have already received several letters.
However, these letters were sent to the wrong address. We reply to this email. Only a month later we receive a response. Once again we have to provide our correct address because apparently this has still not been changed.
A month later we receive another email with the threats that we have to pay 150 euros.
When we contact us by telephone several times, we never come into contact with the right person. 1x yes. This reports that it will be adjusted. However, we are again informed a month later that we have to pay 150 euros for early termination of the contract. This while the technician terminated the contract. I must say that this technician was very friendly.
The company itself is a scam for individuals. They have a contract signed. They terminate the contract and after that they still pass the cash register.
No response to emails, telephones and correspondence that went wrong for months. Not professional.

My experience about Rentokil for combating flies with a Lumnia LED lamp:
- correct and fast communication (telephone, email)
- Being able to install the LED lamp itself quite easily
- (almost) all flies attracted by the LED lamp

We have a special bad experience with Rentokil.
The treatment was without effect but Rentokil takes no responsibility for the result and only cares about their bills and not their work.
One has to read and respond to all texts written in lowercase in their offerings.
