The car is my wife's 2012 Sonata and she's very happy with the vehicle. This visit was for 52K mile check-up and also exterior detailing. The bill was actually lower than we expected and she's very happy with the results.

My only wish is that someone had notified us (perhaps reminded is a better word) that the mud-guard on the right front wheel well has broken off because I had intended to ask that it be replaced as part of the detailing but I forgot. Guess we wait til next years' detailing visit.

As for the vehicle, we have the 2012 Limited with 2.0T engine. It's a nice package but now that we've had it a while there are things that are disappointing:
1) the stereo package is poor-to-good at best...the speakers are tinny and the overall system lacks sound quality.
2) the passenger front seat should be a power seat...as the passenger I feel like I'm sitting on the floor and I don't have the ability to raise the seat.
