Absolutely terrible experience in the ER! Went in ...

Absolutely terrible experience in the ER! Went in for shortness of breath and rib pain. I was literally crying in pain. They took a chest x ray, never an x ray of my ribs. They told me my rib didn't look broken and no sign of pneumonia on the x ray. Never once did they listen to my breathing with a stethoscope . But they did prescribe antibiotics went to my doc two days later to find out that my rib is in fact broken and I have pneumonia in both lungs. On top of that they ran an IV without cleaning my skin before. From now on I will gladly drive the extra 20 minutes to a different hospital . Absolutely disgusted by my experience!
