As a newbie to visiting Ann Arbor, I think this place is an absolute gem. The staff consists of mostly volunteers and is helpful and friendly. It is an intimate setting which makes a concert or a show experience very different, in a positive way! Solid drink menu with reasonable prices. You do have to be a member to purchase drinks, or be a guest of a member.
