I was disappointed at this KIA dealership location...

I was disappointed at this KIA dealership location and felt discriminated against. Me and my brothers had called in before going in to test drive a KIA stinger. We were told over the phone by Devon that they had all the versions available for test driving but as soon as we entered, a very rude white guy met as at the door, and told us we could not test drive because they didn't have any in stock and also told us that he would check our credit score before even letting us drive.

We told him that we were told over the phone that all the versions were available to drive. He was very rude and extremely arrogant and sent us to see a guy not before telling him that he should check our credit score. At the end another guy came in and told us that he would check our credit score and wanted us to fill out a full credit application before he would even let us see a car just to make sure we could afford it.

At this point I had had enough and I felt disrespected and decided to leave. Please do yourselves a favor and go to a different KIA dealership or better yet just buy a different car, imagine rude people while going back for servicing your car. I will stick with my Toyota highlander for now. Thanks KIA!
