I love The Autobarn Mazda of Evanston! My brother owns a Mazda dealership in Ohio, and even at my brother's car dealership I do not get the kind of service I get at The Autobarn Mazda of Evanston! Not to mention Gigi Giuliano, the Senior Service Agent, is amazing! Every time I have made an appointment or just shown up to have work done on my car, Gigi has made sure that I have been in and out! She has never been inaccurate in regard to how long a service will take. Moreover if a service was ever going to take longer, or my car needed additional work, Gigi communicated everything to me so that I wasn't in limbo. I know Gigi is part of a larger team, but as a face for service - she is amazing, and so helpful! I always feel like she goes above and beyond to make sure my car and myself are taken care of. Autobarn Mazda of Evanston is the place you want to do business with. As long as I'm in the Chicagoland area, I will always get work done with them.
