We spend a night here at the hotel and a day at the water park. The pool water was comfortable and clean. All pools and slides have lifeguards on duty. Most areas of the pools were not too deep which are safe for small children. However you are still required to be in arms length with your kids. The hotel rooms are very spacious equipped with two queen size bed. One minor thing need to improve is the dust on and under the slide out bedside lamp table need to be cleaned regularly. Most staffs were polite, friendly and willing to help. Kids had an amazing time here at Americana Resort and Spa.
