They offered a decent price on brake pad replacement but I had to wait for the part to be ordered. The pick up took hours (I think they forgot me because I had to call back) but they do offer courtesy shuttle. I took a look at their cars for sale and have been getting too much outreach from them since, but they're just trying to do their job.
