I contacted Ciocca Hyundai about a used vehicle and proceeded to the dealership on a friday evening to have my trade in appraised. I was informed by my salesperson, that my car "banged" when shifting from reverse to drive and that meant that my transmission was bad. For this reason they were only willing to give me about half of what I expected for my trade. Their diagnosis of my vehicle was made by the salesperson's evaluation and a phone call to their repair facility. I was insulted by their shady tactics and quickly left the dealership with my vehicle. I will never think about buying from a Ciocca dealership EVER again.
