I have already been in better Novotels where they care more about the client. Problems with parking. Despite an earlier reservation and confirmation at the reception, I was not allowed to enter the hotel parking lot as if for lack of places. I was sent back to the parking lot to the nearby Stary Browar (a piece, winter, wind) and upon returning to the hotel, Mrs. Mister was greatly surprised that it was impossible. And yet.
