I feel so lucky to have found Boly Welch. They welcomed me immediately and worked WITH me to improve my resume, cover letters, and interview skills. Turns out it IS possible to be prepared and well-armed to join the job market. Jen deftly pinpointed my strengths and weaknesses and prioritized my preferences.

I interviewed with Jen at Boly Welch, was notified perhaps the next day of a potential job, had the interview a few days later, and got the job DAY OF my interview. I know that I was very lucky, but even on the lucky end of things? Impressive. They're classy, incredibly supportive people who work with classy companies. I couldn't be happier with my placement, they really do only work with the best of companies.

I cannot overstate how supported I feel, even after being placed, by Boly Welch (and Jen!) and cannot recommend them highly enough!
