Extremely impressed with this aspect of your service. I was not expecting it but it is a massive positive for anyone considering using Exact. Firstly, the CSC programme has given us clear targets (UK averages and best practice) which are extremely useful to see where you are. We have then set targets (short and long term) to work on together to improve our practice. There are tangible results as the whole process is very data driven (which I like a lot). There has also been a big push towards us fully utilising all of the features that the software has (many of which are free/included). This programme is very much aimed at improving our business and it is excellent to see that SOE don't just dump this software on you and make you seek out the support - they show you all it can do in easily digestible monthly conversations. I have dealt with Robert, he is fully focused on customer satisfaction and getting the best for his customer. I have been very impressed with his extensive knowledge of SOE and how dental practices work.
