The worst service from the staff specially at the ...

The worst service from the staff specially at the ortho department. The two receptionist sitting at the front checking in patients have the worst attitude. They speak to patients like they are animals. We are not even supposed to treat animals that way. If they are not happy with their jobs then they need to stay home and not interact with people outside. These are patients with pain and they don t need this kind of a behavior coming from the medical field employees. They way these two talk to patients is not acceptable. They need to go through some kind of training of how to treat people otherwise they need to get fired.
The doctors and nurses at ortho are super professional and nice.
