This week my wife and I purchased a car and had the pleasure of working with Mankalo Brantley. This guy is hands down the most helpful person that we have ever come across. From the moment that we walked in the door Kalo was attentive and friendly and actually listened to each of the specifications that we wanted. We never felt like we were being pressured or that he was just trying to make a sale. He was honest about pricing and features and just made our dealership experience amazing. Even the staff members made sure that we felt welcomed and just small touches like offering us water made the experience even more positive.

Jasmine Kennedy assisted us with the paperwork and went out of her way to stay late and to ensure that we were up to speed with all of our documentation. Her friendliness and welcoming demeanor must be commended because signing legal paperwork can be daunting sometimes but she kept us laughing, informed and comfortable throughout it all.

Of course we walked away with the most beautiful vehicle with every single feature that we needed and Kalo was there to hand us the keys. Our first dealership experience was overall extremely positive and we just really want to thank Kalo, Jasmine and the staff at Jim Ellis Atlanta.
