OMG! Give the Parts department the credit they deserve! Big shout out to Will for providing great customer service and being very kind over the phone. This was my first time buying car parts for my 2010 Rav4 and I was pretty anxious about the pricing, shipping, and delivery time, but Will ensured me that everything would come as promised.
