Fidel Valdez, Senior Service Technician, made a house visit to fix our issue with the air & heating system. His service was outstanding in many ways. He diagnosed our system and took his time to explain the issues and answered all our questions very patiently. His work was top quality. Best of all, he took the time to educate us on our system.
