I was exploring corrective laser eye surgery for VERY short sightedness. LVC was very highly recommended to me by 2 independent medical colleagues on Facebook! (I am also a doctor.)

The process was the best I ve ever experienced in ANY customer service setting.

From initial enquiry to my ongoing post op care, with check in text messages from my surgeon - Alistair Stewart in between - there is a great deal of true diligence, care and professionalism in this clinic.

Even during COVID-19 they kept in touch whilst the clinic closed and when I did go for a follow up appointment, they had the most appropriate hygiene controls in place.

The financing arrangements were also very straightforward, easy to understand and affordable.

I can t more than highly recommend them and trying to see if I can get my mum in next!

PS - I had the operation and I can see without glasses or contacts!
