I scheduled an appointment yesterday and they were able to receive my vehicle the next day for an oil change and general inspection, unfortunately, this is the only positive feedback I have for their service department.

I arrived a couple minutes early to my appointment and was told that service should be completed in a little over an hour. 2 hours later I was told that I was due for several part replacements and fluids. I asked that my wiper inserts and air filter be replaced because their quote for a new timing belt was higher than several other dealerships. At this point I was told my car should be ready in 15 minutes.

45 minutes later my car was finally finished for a total of 2 hours and 45 minutes for what typically takes Hinshaw's Honda in Auburn about 45 min to an hour and would have performed the service for cheaper.

If you're in a hurry, don't expect quick service here. Additionally, this place is expensive even among dealership service departments and they do not offer a complimentary detail/wash as Hinshaw's does. I would have saved time and money taking my car to Auburn and I will do just that in the future.
