My experience with the sales manager at Kingsway Honda was less than satisfying. I was left unattended for a long stretch of time and my emails and phone calls not promptly answered.

Most discouraging was my attempt to buy a new 2015 car. The sales manager made me an offer on the car I wanted to trade in, but when it came time to buy the car the figure he had quoted me for the trade in had changed by $1500. After listening to his far-fetched explanations, I could not bring myself to negotiate a deal with such a dishonest individual.

That evening, I went to the New Vancouver Honda dealership on Marine Drive. The sales manager, John Lee, and his salesman Mike Lee, treated me fairly, politely, and honestly. They did not go back on their figures and did not tell me ridiculous stories about my trade in. I bought a car from them that evening and will be happy to recommend them to friends and family.
